Refund Policy

At nutritionpump.ae, we are committed to providing high-quality nutritional supplements, vitamins, and health products. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, special return conditions apply. Similar restrictions are commonly used by supplement and pharmacy retailers in the UAE.

1. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened vitamins, supplements, protein powders, or nutritional products.
Products with broken safety seals or tamper-evident packaging.
Products that have been used, partially consumed, or altered.
Perishable food products and consumable items.
Products not stored according to the manufacturer's instructions after delivery.

2. Returns for Unopened Products

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product remains unopened and unused.
The original manufacturer's seal is intact.
The product is in its original packaging and resaleable condition.
Proof of purchase is provided.

Approved returns for unopened products may be subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Expired Products

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit;
Defective;
Incorrectly supplied;
Expired; or
Significantly different from the product ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number;
Photographs of the product and packaging; and
A description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement product;
Exchange for an equivalent item; or
Full refund to the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
